Cc / Bcc

Bcc stays private in delivered headers. Saved drafts and exported files contain these addresses—keep them private. Current Sent copies omit Bcc.

Formatting is preserved in mailbox drafts, sent mail and exported copies.

Supported server save, send and download operations may be scanned when the administrator enables ClamAV; the interface reports confirmed download scans. No inline previews. Attachment sending requires administrator-enabled test sending. Database file saving requires administrator-configured storage support.

Choose an existing folder. To archive or remove from Inbox, choose your Archive or Trash folder. Trash may be subject to your server’s retention policy. EndPaper Mail does not permanently delete messages here.

Searches each selectable folder on your mail server, grouped by folder. Copies may appear more than once. Nothing is downloaded or changed until you open a result.

Account & privacy

Your administrator manages the mail server connection. Reading uses plain text and blocks remote images. Successfully opening unread mail marks it read; you can mark it unread again.

Inbox is pinned first and opens after sign-in. Refresh folders keeps your current folder when it is still available.

Feature availability

Available: Reply all using visible recipients and bounded attachment downloads. Contacts and signatures appear above only when account storage is configured. The new mailbox-wide search walks up to 256 selectable folders in bounded pages; it still needs provider qualification. Available for approved test sending: up to 5 attachments, 1 MiB combined. Still in development: unrestricted sending, permanent deletion, filters, and additional accounts. These are not hidden settings.

If enabled, EndPaper Mail checks the file on download and blocks detected threats or unavailable scan results. Only open files you trust. EndPaper Mail will not preview it automatically.
